“ Great food; not been there before, so the staff helpfully explained that the food was more served like a tapas way than the traditional 3-course. Between 2 of us, we ordered 3 dishes each, plus 2 desserts, and that was plentiful. Each dish was beautifully presented and just as delicious to eat! Service was very attentive and friendly. Cannot fault it. It was one of the hottest days of the year, so the windows were wide open and we had a lovely breeze coming through keeping us comfortable. Very pleased with it all. ”

“ A world of small plate wonders. We had 6 plates and shared which was the right number for us. We sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen with Chef just infront of us. It was great to chat with chef and to watch the team working behind in a wonderfully calm and controlled kitchen. A unique dinning experience and well worth an evening. Great staff and wonderful food. Mussels a real hit with us both but to be honest it was all really good. We closed out with a couple of deserts to just make sure I was full enough. We loved every dish we had, highlights being the beef & Yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, mussels, scotch egg and the choux bun to finish. “ Cute and small pub All the dishes are “tapas” portion Highly recommend the liver parfait, it was very flavourful and the Brioche was toasted perfectly The coach burger was okay, the flavour was a bit underwhelming, the bun was dry. The hash brown was fried nicely tho, also it’s impossible to eat in one bite so it loses the joy of eating a burger The char-grilled cabbage was nicely seasoned with crispy rice crisp on top Sticky toffee pudding was delicious too ”
